In one of my previous posts (Recruiters, Please Be More Specific) I highlighted a problem in the technical recruiting industry that recruiters can be too vague when sending out introductory emails to potential candidates. I certainly understand that recruiters need to cast a wide enough net to attract as much interest as possible but without any details they risk not attracting any interest at all.
